- Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are offered for unused time.
3. Failed or Disputed Transactions
- For failed payments or disputes, contact us within 7 days at support@reelic.app.
- Refund processing (if applicable) takes 5–10 business days.
4. Service Interruptions or Downtime
- We strive for uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- If downtime exceeds 24 hours continuously, affected users may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion.
5. Changes to Policy
We may revise this policy. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
